Public Transport
From Speightstown, take a ZR van or bus heading north. These can be caught from the Speightstown bus terminal. Inform the driver that you wish to get off at Six Mens Bay. The fare is approximately BDS $2.50. From the bus stop, it's a short walk down to the bay. Bus lines 1C and 1CB stop near Six Mens.
Taxi/Ride-Share
From Speightstown, a taxi or ride-share to Six Mens Bay will cost approximately BDS $20-30 and take around 10 minutes, depending on traffic. Be sure to confirm the fare with the driver before starting your journey.
Driving
From Speightstown, head north on Highway 1. After approximately 2 kilometers, look for a sign indicating Six Mens Bay on the left side of the road. Turn left onto the access road leading to the bay. There is a small, free parking area available near the beach. Parking is also available on the side of the road, but exercise caution as it is narrow.
