If you are starting from the Antwerp Central Station, exit the station and walk towards the main street, De Keyserlei. Head east along De Keyserlei until you reach the intersection with Meir street. Turn left onto Meir and continue straight until you reach the Groenplaats. From Groenplaats, take the street 'Korte Koepoortstraat' and follow it to the junction with 'Meirbrug'. Cross the bridge, and you will be in the center of Brussels. Continue straight until you reach Rue de l'Empereur, and then turn right. Fontaine Charles Buls will be on your left.

From Antwerp Central Station, take the bus 17 towards 'Brussels'. The journey will take approximately 1 hour. Get off at the stop 'Brussels Gare Centrale'. From there, walk towards 'Place des Martyrs' and continue straight until you see 'Fontaine Charles Buls' on your right.

Head to Antwerp Central Station and take a train towards Brussels Central. The train ride takes about 45 minutes. Once you arrive at Brussels Central Station, exit the station and walk towards 'Rue de l'Empereur'. Continue straight until you reach 'Fontaine Charles Buls', which will be on your left.
