If you are near the Central Station (Gare Centrale), take Metro Line 1 (direction Stockel) or Line 5 (direction Erasmus) and get off at the 'Parc' station. Once you exit the metro station, follow the signs towards the Park and head towards Rue de la Loi. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Infante Isabellastraat. Smurfs Passage will be on your right.

If you prefer to walk, and you are in the vicinity of the Grand Place, head southeast towards Rue de la Bourse, then continue straight to Boulevard Anspach. Turn right onto Rue de la Loi and keep walking until you reach Infante Isabellastraat. Turn left, and you will find Smurfs Passage on your right. It's about a 15-minute walk.
