Public Transport
The easiest way to reach De Haan Beach is via the coastal tram (Kusttram). This tram runs the entire length of the Belgian coast, from De Panne to Knokke. From the 'De Haan aan Zee' tram stop, it's a short walk to the beach. Tram tickets can be purchased at the Lijnwinkel kiosk near the tram stop. A single journey ticket costs around €2.50 - €3.

Walking
From the center of De Haan, reaching the beach is a straightforward walk. Follow the main street, Leopoldlaan, towards the sea. The walk is approximately 10-15 minutes, and you'll pass shops and cafes along the way.

Car
If arriving by car, follow the E40 motorway and take exit 6 (Jabbeke). Then follow the N377 towards De Haan. Parking is available near the beach, but it can be limited, especially during peak season. Parking is free, but a parking disc is required in the blue zones for a maximum of 1 hour between 9 AM and 6 PM. If you park longer than permitted, park without a disc or if you alter the time displayed on the disc without moving your vehicle, a fine of € 30,00 will be charged.
