From the center of Blankenberge, head southeast on the Lippenslaan towards the beach. Walk straight until you reach the promenade. Turn left and continue along the beach for approximately 1.5 km until you reach the pier. At the pier, turn left onto the Zeedijk. Continue walking along the Zeedijk for about 1.2 km until you reach the Blankenberge train station. From the train station, take a train to Terneuzen. Once you arrive at Terneuzen train station, exit the station and walk towards the bus station. Take bus number 21 towards Westkolkstraat and get off at the Westkolkstraat stop. The Scheldetheater will be a short walk from there at Westkolkstraat 16.

Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Blankenberge, such as 'Fietsverhuur Blankenberge'. Start by cycling southeast along the Lippenslaan until you reach the beach. Continue cycling along the promenade for about 1.5 km until you reach the pier. Turn left onto the Zeedijk and continue for approximately 1.2 km to Blankenberge train station. Park your bike outside the station and take the train to Terneuzen. Upon arriving at Terneuzen train station, walk to the bus station and catch bus number 21 towards Westkolkstraat.
