If you are at the Markt square, start by heading south towards the Burg square. Walk straight through the Burg until you reach the canal. Turn left and walk along the canal until you reach the next bridge (the 'Rozenhoedkaai'). Cross the bridge and continue straight until you reach the intersection. Turn right onto Mariastraat. Musea Sculpta will be on your left at number 10.
