Getting There

Walking
If you are in the Markt (the central square of Bruges), head south towards the Burg Square. From the Burg, walk along the Geldmuntstraat until you reach the Dijver canal. Turn right onto the Dijver and continue walking until you see Gruuthusemuseum at number 17 on your left. It is a short and pleasant walk of about 10 minutes.

If you are renting a bicycle, start from the Markt and cycle south towards the Burg. From the Burg, take the Geldmuntstraat and ride until you reach the Dijver canal. Turn right and continue cycling along the canal. Gruuthusemuseum will be on your left at Dijver 17. The ride should take around 5 minutes.
