Turn right onto Rue de l'Empereur and continue straight until you reach Place Royale. From there, walk down the hill towards the Sablon area. When you reach the crossroads, turn left onto Rue des Bouchers. Continue straight until you arrive at the Grand Place. Brussels Town Hall is located at Grand Place 8, right on the square.
