    From the city center, take Tram 94 from the stop 'Mont des Arts' towards 'Héros'. Ride for about 15 minutes and get off at 'Bois de la Cambre'. From there, you can walk towards the Sonian Forest entrance which is approximately a 20-minute walk. Follow the signs towards the forest.

  • Public Transport - Bus

    Catch Bus 36 at the stop 'Gare Centrale' towards 'Hôpital Erasme'. After about 30 minutes, get off at 'Louvain-la-Neuve, la Source' stop. From here, you can walk to the nearest entrance of Sonian Forest, which will take around 25 minutes.

    If you're near the Bois de la Cambre, you can easily walk to Sonian Forest. Start at the lake in Bois de la Cambre, and follow the path leading into the forest. It's about a 1.5 km walk. Just keep heading straight, and you'll reach the heart of the Sonian Forest.
