Getting there

Metro

If you are starting from the city center, head to the nearest metro station, which could be 'Parc' or 'Central'. Take Line 1A (towards Stockel) or Line 1B (towards Erasme) and ride for 5 stops. Get off at 'Heysel' station. Once you exit the station, follow the signs to the Atomium, which is approximately a 10-minute walk (800 meters). You will see the Atomium structure as you approach.

Bus

From Brussels Central Station, you can take Bus 84. Board the bus at the 'Brussels Central' bus stop. Ride for about 25 minutes and get off at 'Heysel' stop. From there, it’s a short 10-minute walk to the Atomium. Follow the signs, and you will easily find your way.

Tram

From the city center, you can take Tram 7 from 'Brussels Central' tram stop. Ride for approximately 20 minutes and disembark at 'Heysel' stop. After getting off the tram, walk for about 10 minutes towards the Atomium, following the signage leading you to your destination.

Walking

If you are in the vicinity of Laeken or the Royal Castle, you might consider walking to the Atomium. It is about a 30-minute walk (2.5 km). Head towards Avenue des Villas, then continue to Avenue de la Reine. Once you reach the Laeken Park, you will see signs directing you to the Atomium.
