Turn onto Charles Buls street (Karel Bulsstraat). The monument is located under the arcade of the Maison de l'Étoile. There are no costs associated with walking to the monument.

From the Brussels Central Station, it is a short walk to the Grand Place and the Everard 'T Serclaes monument.
