Find the nearest tram stop and take Tram 3 or Tram 4 towards 'Gare du Midi' or 'Esplanade'. Disembark at the 'Bourse' stop. From there, walk down the Rue de la Bourse towards the Pl. de la Vieille Halle aux Blés. The statue of Jacques Brel will be visible as you approach the square.

Bus
