From the De Haan town center, head south on Langestraat towards Koning Leopoldlaan. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Shakespearelaan. Turn right onto Shakespearelaan and walk for about 300 meters. The Wohnhaus von Albert Einstein is on your left at Shakespearelaan 5. There are no costs associated with walking.

If arriving by train, take the coastal tram from either Blankenberge or Ostend to the De Haan Aan Zee stop. From the De Haan Aan Zee tram stop, walk along Leopoldlaan, then turn right onto Shakespearelaan. The house is a short walk down Shakespearelaan. A single tram fare is approximately €3. Alternatively, from the 'De Haan, Haanstraat' bus stop, walk north on Haanstraat until you reach the intersection with Langestraat. Turn left onto Langestraat and walk south for about 300 meters. Finally, turn right onto Shakespearelaan, and the destination will be on your left. A single bus fare is approximately €3.
Taxi
Taxis are available in De Haan, and a ride to Shakespearelaan 5 is a straightforward request. From the train station in Blankenberge, a taxi ride to the location would cost approximately €55-€65 and take about 20 minutes. From Ostend, a taxi would cost approximately €35-€50 and take about 11 minutes. Taxi fares within De Haan are regulated, but ensure the flat rate (if offered) is cheaper than the metered fare.
Car
From the E40 motorway, take exit 6 (Jabbeke) and follow the N377 towards De Haan. Drive towards the town center and follow signs for Shakespearelaan. Parking in De Haan is free, except in the blue zones where a parking disc is required for a maximum of 1 hour between 9 AM and 6 PM. Be aware of the blue zone restrictions in the town center. There are several parking areas around De Haan.
