    From the center of De Haan, head towards the coast by walking along the Langestraat. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Zeedijk. Turn left onto the Zeedijk and follow it until you reach the tram stop 'De Haan'. From here, you can take a tram towards Oostende. Get off at the 'Ieper' tram stop, which is the last stop on this line. Once you exit the tram, head towards the town center and follow the signs to Menenstraat. The Menin Gate is located at Menenstraat, 8900 Ieper.

    Rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in De Haan. Start by cycling along the coast on the Zeedijk heading towards Oostende.
