Getting There

Walking
From the center of De Haan, head southeast towards the beach. Follow the main road, which is called Zeedijk, until you reach the intersection with Koningin Astridlaan. Turn left onto Koningin Astridlaan and continue straight. This road will take you to the train station in De Haan. At the train station, board a train heading to Bruges (Brugge). The journey takes about 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at Bruges train station, exit the station and head towards the main entrance. From the train station, you can either walk or take public transport. To walk, head northeast towards the city center, following the signs for 'St. Salvator's Cathedral'. It’s approximately a 20-minute walk. As you walk, you will pass through the beautiful streets of Bruges, eventually reaching Sint-Salvatorskoorstraat. The Cathedral will be located at number 8.

If you prefer to bike, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in De Haan. Head south towards the coast, then follow the coastal bike path towards Bruges. The bike ride will take you through scenic views and will take about 40-50 minutes. Once you reach Bruges, continue to follow the bike paths towards the city center. Look for signs directing you to the Sint-Salvatorskoorstraat.
