    The Uitkijkplaats is easily accessible by foot from most locations in De Panne. From the town center, head towards the beach and follow the promenade. The viewpoint is located along the coast, offering a pleasant walk with scenic views. The walk from De Panne Markt to Uitkijkplaats is approximately 15-20 minutes.

  • Public Transport

    De Panne is well-connected by the Coastal Tram (Kusttram), which runs along the entire Belgian coast. Get off at the 'De Panne Centrum' stop and walk towards the beach. Follow the promenade to reach the Uitkijkplaats. A single fare for the Coastal Tram is approximately €2.50 - €3.00.

  • Driving

    If driving, parking is available in De Panne, but it can be limited, especially during peak season. There are several parking zones with varying regulations. Peripheral car parks around the center offer free parking. Parking in the green zone is free on working days from October to April inclusive between 19.00h and 09.00h. You pay between 09.00h and 19.00h, every day from May to September and during Flemish school holidays, public holidays and weekends. Dynastielaan and Prins Albertlaan also offer parking. From the parking areas, walk towards the beach and follow the promenade to reach the Uitkijkplaats.
