Walking
From the center of Dinant, head towards the river Meuse. Start on Rue de la Station and follow it until you reach the riverbank. Once there, enjoy the scenic views of the river. Continue walking along the riverbank until you reach the Pont Charles de Gaulle (Charles de Gaulle Bridge). Cross the bridge and continue straight along the river on Rue de la Meuse. After approximately 500 meters, you will come to Rue Defoin. Turn left onto Rue Defoin and follow it for about 200 meters. Rocher Bayard will be on your right side, easily recognizable by its impressive rock formation.

From Dinant train station, exit the station and walk towards the bus stop located just outside. Take bus line 1 (towards Yvoir) from the bus stop. The journey will take about 10-15 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Defoin.' From the bus stop, walk straight down Rue Defoin for approximately 200 meters, and you will arrive at Rocher Bayard, which will be visible on your right.
