Getting There

• Car

  If you're driving to Opera Antwerpen from anywhere in Flemish Brabant, start by getting onto the E19 motorway towards Antwerp. Follow the signs for Antwerp and stay on the E19 for about 20-30 minutes, depending on your starting point. Once in Antwerp, take the exit 1A towards Antwerp-Centrum. Continue straight on the Ring road (R1) and follow the signs for Centrum. As you enter the city center, turn left onto Frankrijklei. The Opera Antwerpen will be on your right at Frankrijklei 1.

• Train

  To reach Opera Antwerpen by train, first make your way to the nearest train station in Flemish Brabant. Trains to Antwerp depart frequently from major stations like Leuven or Mechelen. Board a train heading to Antwerp Central Station. Once you arrive at Antwerp Central, exit the station and head south on De Keyserlei. Continue straight until you reach Frankrijklei, then turn right. The Opera Antwerpen is located at Frankrijklei 1, just a short walk from the station.

• Bus

  If you prefer taking the bus, check for local bus services that connect your location in Flemish Brabant to Antwerp. For example, you can take the bus from Leuven to Antwerp, which will take approximately 50 minutes. Arrive at the central bus station in Antwerp. From there, walk towards the city center by heading south on Van der Bieststraat, then turn left onto Frankrijklei. The Opera Antwerpen will be at the end of the street on your left at Frankrijklei 1.
