Getting There

    If you are in the city center, head towards the Korenmarkt. From Korenmarkt, walk towards Sint-Baafsplein, where you will find the stunning St. Bavo's Cathedral. Continue walking straight until you reach the end of the square. After passing the cathedral, take a left onto the Kouter street. Follow Kouter until you reach the intersection with the Jan Hoetplein. The SMAK - Municipal Museum of Contemporary Art is located at Jan Hoetplein 1, right at the end of this street.

    If you are further away from the city center, you can take tram line 1 or 4. Board the tram at the nearest station and ride until you reach 'Gent-Sint-Pieters' station.
