    Getting There

    Walking

    If you're starting from the center of Ghent, head towards Korenmarkt, which is a popular square. From Korenmarkt, walk towards the Sint-Baafs Cathedral. Once you are in front of the cathedral, head straight down the street called Korenlei, which will lead you towards the river. Continue walking along the river until you reach the junction where you will see Dijver on your right. It should take about 25-30 minutes to walk.

    Tram

    From Ghent city center, take Tram Line 1 towards the 'Gentbrugge' direction. Get off at the stop 'Sint-Pietersplein'. From there, walk towards the main road and follow the signs towards the city center. Continue walking straight until you reach the Korenmarkt area, then proceed to the Sint-Baafs Cathedral. After that, follow the directions for walking as mentioned above. The tram ride will take about 15 minutes, and the walk will take another 15-20 minutes.

    Bicycle

    If you wish to cycle, you can rent a bike from various rental spots in Ghent. Start from the city center and head towards the 'Dampoort' area. Follow the signs towards the 'Zuid' and then to 'Bruges'. Take the bike paths along the river until you reach Dijver. The bike ride should take around 20-25 minutes, depending on your cycling pace.
