    From the center of Hasselt, start at the Hasselt Train Station. Exit the station and head southwest on Spoorwegstraat towards Gouverneur Verwilghensingel. Continue straight for about 800 meters until you reach the intersection with de Gouverneur Verwilghensingel. Turn right to stay on de Gouverneur Verwilghensingel and walk for another 600 meters. After you pass the park on your left, continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Tongerenweg. Walk along this road for about 1 kilometer until you reach the bus station at Luik. From here, you can take a direct bus to Liège. After arriving at Liège, follow the signs to Quai Edouard Van Beneden, which is approximately a 15-minute walk from the bus stop.

    From Hasselt, head to the Hasselt Train Station and purchase a ticket for a train to Liège. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Liège-Guillemins Station, exit the station and look for bus line 1 or 4 which will take you towards the city center. Get off at the stop 'Liège, Quai Edouard Van Beneden.' The Aquarium-Museum of Liège is located a short walk from the bus stop; just walk along the waterfront for about 5 minutes, and you will see the entrance on your left at Quai Edouard Van Beneden 22.
