Walking
If you are starting from the Hasselt train station, exit the station and head towards the main road, which is called 'Koningin Astridlaan'. Turn left onto 'Koningin Astridlaan' and continue walking straight. You will pass several shops and cafes. After about 10 minutes, you will reach the 'Vismarkt' square. The Cathedral St. Quintinus will be located on your right-hand side as you approach the square.
Public Transport
From the Hasselt train station, you can take bus number 2 or bus number 3 towards 'Kermt'. Board the bus and travel for about 5-7 minutes. Get off at the 'Vismarkt' stop. Once you disembark, the Cathedral St. Quintinus will be directly in front of you. It's a short walk from the bus stop.
Bicycle
If you are renting a bicycle, head out of the Hasselt train station and follow the 'Koningin Astridlaan' towards the city center. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers. Look for signs directing you to 'Vismarkt'. You will find bicycle paths along the way, and once you reach the square, park your bicycle in one of the designated bike racks near the Cathedral St. Quintinus.
