Walking
If you are starting from the Hasselt Railway Station, exit the station and head southeast on Spoorweglaan towards Vismarkt. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Vismarkt. Turn right onto Vismarkt and follow it as it curves left into de Vriendenstraat. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Maastrichterstraat. Turn left onto Maastrichterstraat, and follow it until you see signs for Grote Markt. The square will be on your right.

From the main shopping street, Meir, head towards the intersection with H. Consciencestraat. Walk down H. Consciencestraat until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Grote Markt. The square is directly ahead, marked by the beautiful buildings surrounding it.
