Start at the Hasselt train station (Station Hasselt). Exit the station and head southwest on Spoorwegstraat. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with de Vildersstraat. Turn left onto de Vildersstraat. Follow this road until you reach the junction with Kuringersteenweg (N74). Cross Kuringersteenweg carefully and follow the bicycle lane on the right side of the road heading towards Genk. After about 5 kilometers, you will reach a roundabout; take the second exit onto the Zwartemolenstraat, and continue straight. After about 2 kilometers, you will see signs for 'Cycling through water - Bokrijk' which will direct you to your destination.

Rent a bicycle in Hasselt, ideally near the train station. From the station, follow Spoorwegstraat southwest until you reach the Kuringersteenweg (N74). Turn left and follow the bicycle lanes towards Genk. After approximately 5 kilometers, you will reach a roundabout; take the second exit onto Zwartemolenstraat. Continue straight for about 2 kilometers, and look for signs indicating 'Cycling through water - Bokrijk'. The route is well-marked for cyclists, ensuring a safe and scenic journey.

From Hasselt, take bus number 34 or 35 towards Genk. Get off at the 'Bokrijk' stop. Once you exit the bus, follow the pedestrian signs towards 'Cycling through water - Bokrijk'. It is a short walk from the bus stop, about 10-15 minutes. The route is clearly marked, leading you directly to the entrance of the park.
