Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, start by heading towards Jalhay. From the center of Jalhay, take the N62 road towards Theux. After approximately 2 kilometers, take a right turn onto Rue de la Cascade. Follow this road for about 1 kilometer, and you will see signs for Cascade de Nutons. There is a small parking area near the waterfall where you can leave your car. Note that parking may have a small fee depending on the time of year.

  To reach Cascade de Nutons by public transportation, take a train to Verviers. From Verviers, catch the TEC bus number 396 towards Jalhay. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Disembark at the 'Jalhay - La Cascade' stop. From there, it is about a 15-minute walk to the waterfall. Follow the signs for Cascade de Nutons, which will lead you along a scenic path. Ensure to check the bus schedule in advance, as services may be limited on weekends.

  If you are already in the vicinity and prefer to walk, you can start from Jalhay. Head towards Rue de la Cascade, which is well-marked. The walk will take about 30-40 minutes depending on your pace. The path leads through beautiful woodland, making for a pleasant hiking experience. Ensure you wear suitable footwear, as some parts of the trail may be uneven.
