Car
If you're driving from anywhere in Hesbaye, head towards the E40 highway. Once on the E40, follow the signs for Brussels. Take the exit towards Brussels and merge onto the R0 ring road. Follow the ring road and take the exit for Avenue de la Toison d'Or. Continue on Avenue de la Toison d'Or until you reach Troonplein. Monument Léopold II is located at Troonplein 9/1, 1000 Brussel. Look for parking options nearby, as street parking may be limited.
Public Transportation
Start by finding the nearest train station in Hesbaye. Take a train to Brussels Central Station. From the station, you can either walk or take a tram.
