Car
If you are traveling by car, start by navigating to the A3 motorway. Once on the A3, follow signs for Bruxelles. After approximately 40 km, take exit 18 towards Avenue de la Couronne. Continue on Avenue de la Couronne until you reach Avenue des Saisons. Merge onto Rue de la Loi and follow it for about 1 km. You will see the Triumphal Arch on your right side as you approach Parc du Cinquantenaire. There is parking available nearby, but note that it may incur a fee.

To reach the Triumphal Arch by public transportation, start by finding the nearest train station in Hesbaye, such as in Liège or Huy. Take a train to Bruxelles-Central station. From there, transfer to the Brussels Metro Line 1 or 5 and ride to the Schuman station. Exit the station and head southwest on Avenue de la Joyeuse Entrée. Continue straight for about 15 minutes until you reach the Triumphal Arch at Parc du Cinquantenaire. Be mindful that a train ticket will cost approximately €8-€10 and a metro ticket is around €2.50.
