Getting There
Bus
From the center of Knokke-Heist, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Zeedijk. Take bus line 30 or 31 towards Brugge. You will need to transfer at the Knokke station to a train that goes to Vlissingen. After arriving at Vlissingen station, exit the station and walk towards the bus stop located just outside. Take bus line 5 towards Arsenaalplein. Get off at the Arsenaalplein stop, and Het Arsenaal will be directly in front of you.
Train
Head to the Knokke train station, which is located at Stationsstraat 4. Purchase a ticket to Vlissingen. Trains run regularly, and the journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Upon arrival at Vlissingen station, follow the signs to the exit. Once outside, turn left and walk to the bus stop to take bus line 5 towards Arsenaalplein. Get off at the Arsenaalplein stop, and you will find Het Arsenaal right in front of you.
Bicycle
If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bike in Knokke-Heist. Start from the center and head towards the coastal path, following the signs towards Zeebrugge. Continue along the coast until you reach the intersection with the N66 road. Turn left onto N66, which will take you to Vlissingen. The ride is about 15 km long and will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive in Vlissingen, follow the signs to Arsenaalplein. Het Arsenaal will be located at Arsenaalplein 7, 4381 BL Vlissingen.
Walking
Walking is not recommended due to the distance (approximately 15 km), but if you wish to walk to Het Arsenaal, start from the center of Knokke-Heist and head towards the coastal path, following the coastline. Keep walking until you reach Vlissingen. This will take several hours, so ensure you have enough time and stay hydrated. Once in Vlissingen, make your way towards Arsenaalplein, where Het Arsenaal is located.
