From Knokke-Heist, walk to the Knokke train station. Take a train towards Brugge, which is approximately a 20-minute ride. Once you arrive at Brugge train station, exit the station and walk towards the city center, which should take around 15 minutes. Follow the signs that say 'Markt' or 'Market Square'. When you reach Markt 1, you will find the Historium Bruges.

Walk to the nearest bus stop in Knokke-Heist and catch bus line 10 towards Brugge. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Brugge Markt' stop. From there, it’s just a short walk to Markt 1, where the Historium Bruges is located.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle in Knokke-Heist. Follow the coastal bike path heading towards Brugge. The ride will take approximately 45 minutes to an hour. Once you arrive in Brugge, follow the signs to the city center and then head towards Markt 1, where the Historium Bruges is located.

For the adventurous, you could walk from Knokke-Heist to Brugge, although it is a lengthy trek of about 12 kilometers. Start by heading towards the Natiënkaai road along the coast, then continue straight towards Brugge. Once you reach the city, head to the Markt, which is the central square, and find Markt 1, home of the Historium Bruges.
