From Grote Markt, walk towards the 'Kasteel van Kortrijk' (Castle of Kortrijk) located on your left. Continue walking past the castle, and you will find the bus station (Station Kortrijk) on your right. From there, take Bus Line 16 towards Lille. The bus will take you directly to Lille city center. Get off at 'Gare Lille Flandres' stop. Once you exit the bus, head towards 'Place du Général de Gaulle', which is a short 5-minute walk straight ahead. You will find 'La Vieille Bourse' in the square.
