Getting There

  • Walk

    If you are in the city center of Leuven, head towards Mgr. Ladeuzeplein. From there, walk towards the north on the Tiensestraat until you reach the intersection with the Naamsestraat. Turn left onto Naamsestraat and continue walking until you reach the bus station called 'Leuven Station'.

  • Bus

    Once at Leuven Station, you will find bus stop platforms right outside the train station. Look for bus line 300 or 350, which will take you directly to Antwerp. Make sure to check the bus schedule and get off at 'Antwerp, Meir', which is the main shopping street. From there, walk to the 'Antwerp, Vrijdagmarkt' stop, which is about a 5-minute walk from the museum.

    From Leuven Station, you can take a direct train to Antwerp Central Station. The trains run frequently, and the journey takes about 30 minutes. Upon arriving at Antwerp Central Station, take the underground passage to the exit and head towards the tram stop. You can take tram 9 or 11 towards 'Antwerp, Groenplaats' and get off at the 'Antwerp, Vrijdagmarkt' stop. The Plantin-Moretus Museum is just a short walk from there.
