Walking
From the Leuven city center, head towards the main square, Ladeuzeplein. From there, exit the square heading towards the Muntstraat. Walk straight until you reach the train station at the end of the street. Take the train to Brussels Central Station (approximately 25 minutes). Once at Brussels Central Station, exit onto Rue de la Régence. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Rue du Chêne. Turn left onto Rue du Chêne, and Poechenellekelder will be on your right at number 5.
Bus
Start at the nearest bus stop in Leuven, such as 'Leuven Station'. Take the bus number 600 towards Brussels. Get off at the 'Brussels Central' stop (it should take about 30-40 minutes). After exiting the bus, walk towards Rue de la Régence and continue straight until you get to the intersection with Rue du Chêne. Turn left onto Rue du Chêne, and Poechenellekelder will be located on your right at number 5.
Train
From Leuven train station, purchase a ticket to Brussels Central Station. Trains run frequently, so you shouldn't have to wait long. The journey takes about 25 minutes. Once you arrive at Brussels Central Station, exit the station and head towards Rue de la Régence. Walk straight until you reach Rue du Chêne. Turn left onto Rue du Chêne, and you will find Poechenellekelder at number 5 on your right.
