Once at the station, purchase a ticket to Antwerp Central Station. The train journey takes approximately 25 minutes, and trains run frequently throughout the day. Upon arriving at Antwerp Central Station, exit the station and head towards the main entrance. From there, you can either take a tram or walk to the museum.
