If you're starting from the Leuven city center, head towards the Leuven train station. From the station, take the train to Brussels Central Station, which takes about 25 minutes. Once you arrive at Brussels Central Station, exit the station and walk towards the Rue de la Montagne. Continue straight until you reach the Place Royale. From there, turn left onto Rue de la Régence, and then take a right onto Rue de la Loi. Continue straight until you reach the Place d'Espagne, where the Spanish Square is located.
