Once you arrive at Brussels Central Station, exit the station and walk towards the Rue de la Montagne. Turn left onto Rue de la Montagne and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rue du Lombard. Turn right onto Rue du Lombard, and you will find the Brussels Parlement at number 69 on your left.
