Getting There

Walking
If you are in the center of Leuven, head towards the Leuven train station. From there, take the train to Brussels Central Station. The train journey takes about 25 minutes. Once you arrive at Brussels Central Station, exit the station and walk towards the Rue de la Loi. Turn right onto the Rue de la Loi and continue straight until you reach the Place des Martyrs. From there, head towards the Rue de l'Impératrice and continue until you see the cathedral at the end of the street. The St. Michael & St. Gudula Cathedral is located at Esp. de la Sainte-Gudule, 1000 Bruxelles.

From Leuven city center, make your way to the bus stop at 'Leuven, Diestsestraat'. Take bus number 600 or 620 towards Brussels. The journey will take approximately 40 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Bruxelles, Gare du Midi' (Brussels South Station). From there, you can either take a metro or tram or walk. To walk, head towards the Rue de la Fonsny and continue straight until you reach the Rue de la Loi. Turn left on Rue de la Loi and walk straight until you reach the cathedral at Esp. de la Sainte-Gudule.
