    From the Historic Centre, head northwest towards the Place Saint-Lambert. Walk past the Cathedral of Saint Paul, then continue straight until you reach the Rue des Célestins. Turn left onto Rue des Célestins, and follow this road until you reach Boulevard du 12ème de Ligne. The Citadel of Liège will be visible from this boulevard. It is approximately a 20-minute walk from the centre.

    From the Historic Centre, walk to the nearest bus stop at Place Saint-Lambert. Take bus number 1 or 4 towards 'Sainte-Walburge.' The journey takes about 10 minutes.
