Train
If you're in Liège, head to Liège-Guillemins train station. Purchase a ticket to Spa at the ticket counter or a self-service machine. Once on the train, enjoy the scenic ride (approximately 30 minutes). Upon arrival at Spa station, exit the station and walk straight down Avenue des Combattants until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Rue de la Station, and continue walking until you reach the Monument aux Morts, which will be on your right.
Bus
From Liège, go to the nearest bus station and look for the bus line that goes to Spa. You can check the schedule online or ask at the station for the next bus. The journey takes about 45 minutes. Once you get off at Spa, walk towards the town center. Head along Avenue Reine Astrid, then turn right onto Rue du Cerf and follow it until you reach the Monument aux Morts, which will be visible ahead.
