From Louvain-la-Neuve, walk to the Louvain-la-Neuve train station (Gare de Louvain-la-Neuve). Exit the station and head towards the platform marked for Brussels. Purchase a ticket to Brussels Central Station. The train journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Brussels Central Station, exit the station and navigate towards the exit signs. You can use Google Maps for precise directions from the station.

From the center of Louvain-la-Neuve, head to the nearest bus stop. Take Bus 8 towards 'Bruxelles - Gare Centrale'. The bus ride will take about 45-60 minutes. Upon arriving at the stop near Brussels Central Station, follow the signs to exit the bus station. From there, you can walk to Rue de la Régence 32, which is a short 5-minute walk away.

If you are already in the downtown area of Louvain-la-Neuve, find your way to the train station (Gare de Louvain-la-Neuve) and follow the instructions for taking the train to Brussels Central Station. Upon arrival at Brussels Central Station, exit the station and head towards Rue de la Régence. Walk straight along the main street, and after a few blocks, you will reach Rue de la Régence. The Great Synagogue of Brussels will be located at number 32.
