Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the train station, Louvain-la-Neuve - Université. From there, take a train to Brussels Central Station (trains run frequently, and the journey takes about 30 minutes). Once you arrive at Brussels Central Station, exit the station and head towards Rue de la Montagne. Walk straight for about 600 meters until you reach Place des Palais. The Palais du Coudenberg will be located at Pl. des Palais 7, right at the square.
