Walking
Start from the Mechelen train station. Exit the station and head south towards the city center. Walk along the 'Koningin Astridlaan' street until you reach the intersection with 'Sint-Katelijnevest'. Turn left onto 'Sint-Katelijnevest' and continue walking until you reach the 'Grote Markt'. From the 'Grote Markt', head towards 'Lange Schipstraat' and then take a right onto 'Kleine Beek'. Continue straight, and you'll reach 'Kapucijnenvoer'. The Botanical Garden will be located at number 30 on your left.
Public Transport
From Mechelen, take bus line 3 from the central bus station. Get off at 'Leuven, Kapucijnenvoer'. The Botanical Garden is a short walk from the bus stop. Head east on 'Kapucijnenvoer' for about 300 meters, and you will find the entrance to the Botanical Garden at number 30.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike in Mechelen. Start from the city center and head towards 'Lange Schipstraat'. Follow the signs to 'Leuven' via 'Brusselsesteenweg'. Once you reach Leuven, continue straight on 'Brusselsesteenweg' until you reach 'Kapucijnenvoer'. The Botanical Garden will be on your right at number 30.
