From the Mechelen city center, head towards the Mechelen train station. As you exit the station, turn left onto Stationsstraat. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Haverwerf. Turn right onto Haverwerf and walk straight until you reach the city square, Grote Markt. The Brussels City Museum is located in the heart of Brussels, just a short walk from the city square.
