Walking
If you're starting from Mechelen's city center (e.g., from the main square, Grote Markt), head east towards the Sint-Rombouts Cathedral. Walk along the main street, Bruul, until you reach the cathedral. The Caritas statue is located in the Sint-Romboutskerkhof, which is directly adjacent to the cathedral. Once you reach the cathedral, enter the small square area (Sint-Romboutskerkhof) and you will find the Caritas statue there.
Public Transport
If you're coming from outside the city center, take bus line 1, 2, or 3 towards the 'Mechelen Centrum' bus stop. Once you disembark, walk towards the Sint-Rombouts Cathedral, which you can see from the bus stop. From there, follow the instructions for walking as mentioned above to reach the statue.
