Walking
Start at Mechelen Train Station. Exit the station and head southeast on Van Schoonhovenstraat towards the city center. Continue straight until you reach the main square, Grote Markt, which is about a 15-minute walk. From the square, take the main road towards the south, called Bruul, and walk for about 10 minutes. You will eventually reach the Mechelen Bus Station. From there, take Bus 500 towards Brussels. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. After arriving at Brussels Central Station, exit the station and head towards the metro entrance for line 1 or 5. Take the metro towards Gare de l'Ouest and get off at the next stop, which is 'Parc'. From the metro station, walk towards Place Poelaert for another 5 minutes, and you will arrive at the Palace of Justice.

Public Transport
Begin your journey at Mechelen Train Station. Purchase a ticket for a train to Brussels Central Station. The train ride will take around 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Brussels Central, follow the signs to the bus or metro stations. If you prefer the metro, take line 1 towards Stockel and change at the 'Parc' stop. After exiting the metro, walk about 5 minutes to reach Place Poelaert, where the Palace of Justice is located. If you choose to take a bus instead, catch Bus 71 or Bus 95 from Brussels Central; both will take you directly to the area near Place Poelaert.
