From the Mechelen train station, exit towards the main street (Koningin Astridlaan). Turn right and walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the city center. Continue walking until you reach the Grote Markt. From there, take the street 'Sint-Romboutsstraat' and head towards the 'Oude Begijnhof'. Follow the signs to the bus station, which is nearby. Look for bus line 1, which will take you directly to Brussels. Get off at the 'Parc du Cinquantenaire' stop. The park entrance will be just a short walk from the bus stop.

From Mechelen, head to the Mechelen train station and take a train to Brussels Central Station. The train ride takes about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Brussels Central, exit the station and walk towards the 'Place Royale'. From there, follow the signs leading to 'Parc du Cinquantenaire'. It should take you about 15 minutes to walk to the park from the central square.
