Walking
If you are starting from Mechelen's city center, make your way to the Mechelen Train Station (Station Mechelen). From the station, exit and head southeast on Haverwerf Street towards the main square (Grote Markt). Continue straight onto Korenmarkt and follow the signs for the train station. Once at the train station, take a train to Brussels Central Station (Bruxelles-Central). The journey takes approximately 20 minutes. After arriving at Brussels Central, exit the station and turn right onto Rue de la Bourse, then continue straight to reach the Place du Petit Sablon, which is located about 15 minutes away on foot.

Public Transport
From Mechelen, head to the Mechelen Train Station (Station Mechelen). Board a train heading to Brussels Central Station (Bruxelles-Central). Once you arrive in Brussels, exit the train station and take metro line 1 or 5 from Gare Centrale towards Stockel. Get off at the next stop, Parc. From Parc station, head northeast towards Avenue des Arts, then turn right onto Rue de la Régence. Continue straight until you reach Place du Petit Sablon. The total travel time is about 40 minutes.
