If you are at Mechelen Railway Station, exit the station and head towards the main street, Stationsstraat. Turn left onto this street and continue walking straight until you reach the first major intersection at the square, 'Grote Markt'. From there, you will see the impressive St. Rumbold's Cathedral. Walk towards the cathedral and continue along the street, which will turn into 'Vleeshouwersstraat'. Continue walking for about 5 minutes, and you will see Tourism Mechelen at Vleeshouwersstraat 6 on your right.
