Walking
From the center of Nieuwpoort, head towards the coast along the main street, Nieuwpoort-Bad. Continue walking until you reach the bus terminal at the edge of the city. Here, take bus line 72 towards Ieper. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Ieper bus station, walk towards the Grote Markt, which is about a 10-minute walk. Follow the signs or ask locals for directions to the town square, and you will find the Cloth Hall at Grote Markt 34.
Cycling
If you have access to a bicycle, start from the center of Nieuwpoort and follow the cycling path along the coast towards Ieper. The route is well marked and takes you through beautiful landscapes and quaint villages. It takes about 1 hour to reach Ieper by bike. Once you arrive in Ieper, head towards the Grote Markt, where the Cloth Hall is located at number 34. Look for the large square, and you will see the impressive Cloth Hall.
Train
From Nieuwpoort, walk to the nearest train station, which is in Oostende (approximately 15 minutes by bus or 30 minutes by bike). Take a train from Oostende to Ieper. The train journey lasts about 25 minutes. Once you arrive at Ieper train station, exit and walk straight down the main road towards the town center. The Grote Markt is about a 15-minute walk from the station, where you will find the Cloth Hall at Grote Markt 34.
