    From the center of Nieuwpoort, head east towards the river. Follow the path along the riverbank until you reach the intersection with the N354 road. Turn left onto N354 and continue straight. After about 1.5 km, you will see signs for Zonnebeke. Continue on this road until you reach a bus stop on your left. Here, you can catch a bus to Zonnebeke.

    At the bus stop near the center of Nieuwpoort, take bus number 36 towards Zonnebeke. The journey takes about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at the Zonnebeke bus station, exit the bus and turn left onto Lange Dreve. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes, and you will find Polygon Wood on your right.

  • Bicycle

    If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle in Nieuwpoort. Start on the main road towards the N354. Follow the same route as when walking, but on your bicycle, you will reach Zonnebeke more quickly. Once you reach the intersection with Lange Dreve, turn right and continue until you see Polygon Wood.
