From Ostend Station, take a train towards Ypres. The journey takes about 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Ypres Station, exit the station and walk straight down the main road (Korte Smedenstraat) until you reach the junction with Menenstraat. Turn left onto Menenstraat and continue walking until you reach the market square (Grote Markt). From there, head southeast toward the Ieper Salient Memorial and follow the signs to the John McCrae Dressing Station, which is located a short walk away.

Once you arrive at the Ypres bus station, exit and walk towards the town center.
